The Testaments: We rolled out the plum carpet for the premiere of The Testaments, inviting guests to return to Gilead for Hulu’s follow-up series to The Handmaid’s Tale.

The evening kicked off at The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures with a flurry of ‘plums’ arriving on a branded purple school bus and marching in formation across the plum carpet. Chase Infiniti, Lucy Halliday, Ann Dowd, Rowan Blanchard, Mattea Conforti, Mabel Li, Brad Alexander, O-T Fagbenle, Ever Carradine and more turned heads during carpet interviews, before heading inside for a screening and panel. At an afterparty drenched in plum, a very special recreation of Lydia Prep School was on display, built in Korea by renowned paper artist Yeni Kim and carefully shipped to Los Angeles for the special night.
