MULTI MARKET Stunt
To support the launch of Universal Pictures new Steven Spielberg thriller Disclosure Day, we created a stunt across 3 markets – NYC, LA, Kansas City – surprising fans with free tickets to see the film. Creators and press announced the promotional scavenger hunt on the morning of the stunt, where fans would find thousands of mysterious red origami cardinals in crop circle-esque arrangements in high traffic areas of each city. A portion of the cardinals had Fandango codes for free tickets inside – all the rest had QR codes sending fans to buy tickets, boosting traffic on the day tickets went on sale.
